Granite, also known as magmatic stone, is a fully crystalline rock composed primarily of quartz, feldspar, and mica. Based on crystal size, granite can be categorized into various types, including fine-grained, medium-grained, coarse-grained, and porphyritic. The color and luster of granite are determined by the feldspar, mica, and dark minerals, typically ranging from gray to deep red. High-quality granite has a uniform texture and compact structure, with a high quartz content and low mica content, free of harmful impurities, and a bright feldspar luster and no signs of weathering.
Granite possesses excellent hardness, strong compressive strength, low porosity, low water absorption, rapid thermal conductivity, high durability, and resistance to frost, acid, corrosion, and weathering. Its surface is smooth and even, with neat edges and corners, and its color is long-lasting and elegant. It generally offers a service life of decades or even longer.
By color, they can be divided into the following categories:
1. Red Series: Sichuan Red, Shimian Red, Cenxi Red, Tiger Skin Red, Cherry Red, Pinggu Red, Azalea Red, Rose Red, Guifei Red, Luqing Red, Lianzhou Red, etc.
2. Yellow-Red Series: Cenxi Orange Red, Dongliu Meat Red, Lianzhou Light Red, Xingyang Peach Red, Xingyang Orange Red, Light Red Small Flower, Tiger Skin Yellow, etc.
3. White Series: Baishihua, Baihujian, Black and White Flower, Sesame White, White Flower, Lingnan White Flower, Jinan White Flower, Sichuan White Flower, etc.
4. Black Series: Light Blue Black, Pure Black, Sesame Black, Sichuan Black, Yantai Black, Shenyang Black, Changchun Black, etc.
