Rough machining and secondary stress release stabilize the basic structure of workpieces. After aging treatment, standardized rough machining is carried out, including blank cutting, structural shaping, allowance reservation and preliminary grooving & drilling. Different from one-time forming processing, reasonable finishing allowance is reserved during rough machining to avoid mechanical stress accumulation caused by heavy cutting. A standing stabilization procedure is added after rough processing to release secondary cutting stress, calibrate flatness and overall regularity, effectively prevent dimensional deviation and structural warpage in finishing stages, and ensure uniform and stable overall structure of workpieces.
Precision machining under constant-temperature and dust-free environment locks ultimate precision performance. Ultra-precision manufacturing requires extremely strict environmental and process standards, as temperature fluctuation, micro vibration and dust particles are major causes of precision loss. For ultra-high precision products, additional constant-temperature standing re-inspection is conducted to verify accuracy stability under simulated actual working conditions.
