Made from natural granite, the granite slotting platform is a high-precision reference measurement tool made through machining and fine hand-polishing. It offers exceptional stability, excellent wear and corrosion resistance, and is non-magnetic. It is highly effective for high-precision measurement and equipment commissioning in fields such as machinery manufacturing, aerospace, and electronic testing.
In terms of mineral composition, it is primarily composed of pyroxene and plagioclase, with minor amounts of olivine, biotite, and trace amounts of magnetite. After years of natural aging, the stone's microstructure becomes increasingly uniform, completely eliminating internal stresses. This ensures the platform maintains its shape and prevents deformation during long-term use.
Specific physical properties include:
Linear expansion coefficient: As low as 4.6×10⁻⁶/°C, it is minimally affected by ambient temperature fluctuations and can operate stably in both constant and non-constant temperature environments.
Compressive strength: Ranges from 245-254N/mm², with a Mohs hardness of 6-7, offering significantly superior wear resistance compared to traditional cast iron platforms. Corrosion Resistance: Resists acid and alkali corrosion and rust, offering low maintenance costs and a service life of decades.

Wide Applications:
Mechanical Manufacturing: In workpiece inspection, it can accurately check the flatness and straightness of machine tool guides, bearing seats, and other components, with an error control within ±1μm. It can also serve as a benchmark for equipment commissioning, for example, providing a stable platform for coordinate measuring machines to ensure accurate measurement data.
Aerospace: Used for aerospace component calibration, it can check the form and position tolerances of high-temperature alloy components such as aircraft engine blades and turbine disks. Furthermore, in composite material inspection, it can check the flatness of carbon fiber composite components, effectively avoiding stress concentration issues.
Electronic Testing: In PCB inspection, it can serve as a reference platform for inkjet printers, ensuring a print position accuracy of no more than 0.05mm. In LCD panel production, it can check the flatness of glass substrates to prevent abnormal liquid crystal molecular alignment caused by insufficient substrate flatness. The platform is easy to maintain, the surface is not easy to absorb dust, and no additional oiling maintenance is required. It only needs regular cleaning to maintain good working condition.
