Engineering Absolute Stability
To achieve nanometer-level precision, we didn't just install air conditioning; we engineered a fortress against vibration. The floor of our workshop is poured with ultra-hard concrete to a minimum thickness of 1000mm. Surrounding this massive slab is a dedicated anti-vibration trench, 500mm wide and 2000mm deep, effectively isolating the workspace from ground-borne seismic and mechanical noise.
Inside, silence is paramount. We utilize specialized silent overhead cranes that operate without transmitting mechanical resonance to the floor. This meticulous environmental control is why we can confidently assemble Granite Air Bearings and precision assemblies in a dedicated cleanroom that simulates semiconductor-grade conditions.
