Each joint must be carefully aligned with precision dowels or pins and bonded with high-strength epoxy. Additional design features-such as T-slots, mounting holes, or channels for cables-require precise CNC milling and post-assembly verification. Platforms designed to carry heavy loads or reduce vibration involve reinforced structures or specialized support, further increasing labor and material requirements.

Material selection itself is a critical consideration. While some manufacturers reduce costs by using marble or low-density granite, UNPARALLELED® exclusively uses high-density black granite.
