Blocks Micrometer Calibra 83PCS 0 Level – Grade 0 gage blocks are commonly used within a controlled environment as a reference standard for setting high precision measuring equipment, calibrating lower-grade gage blocks, inspecting the accuracy of gages, and checking mechanical parts and tools.

Ceramic blocks are harder than steel, resistant to abrasion and burrs, withstand high temperatures without melting (high thermal expansion resistance), and provide excellent dimensional stability. Blocks Micrometer Calibra 83PCS 0 Level rectangular-shaped blocks ensure accurate wringing, and the nominal length of each block is measured in millimeters (mm).

The material features high hardness and outstanding wear resistance, with a service life 4–5 times longer than steel gauge blocks. It offers exceptional stability with minimal annual change, allowing the calibration period to be extended. Fine-grain material, smooth surface, strong grinding force, and high grinding accuracy. The linear expansion coefficient is similar to commonly used steel materials, enabling direct replacement of metal gauge blocks.
