Product Overview

UNPARALLELED® Cubic Granite Parallel Blocks are machined from monolithic fine‑grained black granite without splicing. Raw blanks undergo sufficient natural aging in stockyards to release residual internal stress and avoid long‑term deformation. All six faces are ultra‑precision lapped. Supplied in matched sets, each block within one set maintains consistent height, parallelism and perpendicularity. Edge chamfers are applied to prevent chipping from impact.

Featuring non‑magnetic, rust‑free and high‑damping performance with low thermal expansion coefficient, these blocks deliver minimal long‑term accuracy drift. They serve as precision reference supports for metrology laboratories, automatic production lines and optical inspection stations, for workpiece elevation, tooling leveling, equipment verification and inspection comparison. Custom options including embedded thread inserts, H7 locating pin holes and special‑shape steps are available.

All machining and inspection are completed in constant‑temperature, constant‑humidity and vibration‑isolated workshops. Test instruments are traceable to metrology authorities. Grades 000, 00 and 0 are available, complying with DIN, ASME, GB and other international standards. Widely applied for universities, research institutes, semiconductor and high‑end‑equipment clients.

Quality Assurance

UNPARALLELED® Cubic Granite Parallel Blocks adopt full‑process quality control. Strict checks are carried out from granite blank incoming inspection, natural aging, grinding processing to finished‑product verification.

All machining and inspection are performed in constant‑temperature, constant‑humidity and vibration‑isolated workshops. Test equipment is traceable to CNAS metrology institute. Each unit is fully inspected for flatness, parallelism, perpendicularity and height deviation within matched sets, with in‑house inspection reports provided. Products comply with DIN, ASME, GB/T22095 and other domestic and international standards.

Visual inspection is conducted before delivery to rule out chipping and scratches on edges and lapped surfaces. For custom‑made items, positions of embedded inserts and pin holes are verified against drawings.

Supported by ISO management systems and CNAS‑related qualifications, all blocks are 100% monolithic without splicing. Technical support is provided for defects caused by raw‑material and manufacturing flaws under normal operating conditions. Damage resulting from man‑made impact, overloading or improper storage is not covered.

Application

UNPARALLELED Cubic Granite Parallel Blocks feature high rigidity and high precision, widely applied in metrology laboratories, CMM stations, optical inspection platforms, linear‑motor module tooling, assembly and commissioning of automated equipment. They are used for workpiece elevation, leveling, height comparison verification and fixture support. Suitable for universities, research institutes, semiconductor equipment, laser processing equipment. Not for heavy impact or heavy squeezing loads.

Installation & Operation Notes

Clean blocks and contact surfaces before use, remove chips and dust. Hard particles will indent lapped surfaces.

Place blocks on flat and stable support surfaces. Avoid point‑load or overhang placement.

Use blocks within one matched set together; do not mix blocks from different sets.

No knocking or impacting blocks. Do not strike workpieces directly on granite surfaces.

Apply specified torque for embedded inserts. Over‑tightening is forbidden to prevent substrate damage.

Packaging & Delivery

Each block is packed with shock‑proof foam inside solid wooden crates. Spacers are inserted between blocks to avoid collision and abrasion during transit. Matched sets come with in‑house inspection sheets. Custom parts include drawing‑check records. Large‑size blocks are equipped with lifting inserts for easy on‑site handling. Custom marking is available upon request.
