Product Overview
The granite crossbeam with embedded steel sleeves is UNPARALLELED's composite ultra-precision structural part. It combines high stability and excellent vibration damping of black granite with local high strength of steel sleeves, solving the problem of thread hole cracking and damage caused by repeated assembly on pure granite.
Made of exclusive black granite with density of 3100kg/m³, the raw material is stress-relieved through aging treatment. It features good thermal stability, non-magnetism and rust resistance. Alloy steel sleeves are pre-embedded at mounting holes and tightly bonded with granite under constant temperature, improving locking strength and re-assembly precision of mounting positions.
Fine lapping is finished in a constant-temperature dust-free workshop. Flatness and straightness reach micron level. All products are inspected with full-set precision traceable measuring instruments. Compared with cast iron crossbeams, it maintains stable benchmark and fast vibration attenuation, greatly reducing later calibration frequency.
It is widely used in semiconductor inspection, laser machining, CMM, linear motor platforms and new energy precision inspection equipment. Custom sizes are available.
