UNPARALLELED® Precision Granite Surface Plates are manufactured from premium black granite, ensuring exceptional stability, rigidity, and long-term accuracy. As a High Accuracy Measurement Platform, this surface plate is designed with metal inserts and threaded holes, allowing easy installation of fixtures, measuring instruments, and specialized equipment.
With excellent resistance to wear, corrosion, and thermal expansion, our granite surface plates provide unmatched reliability in precision measurement and calibration tasks. This High Accuracy Measurement Platform is widely used in CMM machines, CNC systems, laser equipment, optical measuring machines, semiconductor equipment, and metrology laboratories.
Every surface plate is precision ground and lapped according to international standards (DIN, ASME, GB, JIS, etc.) and tested in a controlled environment (20°C, humidity ≤ 60%). Each High Accuracy Measurement Platform can also be supplied with a calibration certificate upon request.
