How do you ensure the threaded metal inserts do not warp the granite over time?
Traditional mechanical expansion anchors introduce immense localized stress, which distorts the surrounding flat surface. We drill precise oversized pockets and secure our stainless steel or low-expansion Invar inserts using proprietary, low-shrinkage epoxy resins inside our cleanroom. This isolates the granite from mounting stress.
