To establish a world-class production environment, UNPARALLELED® has built a 10,000-square-meter constant temperature and humidity workshop, featuring a specialized cleanroom modeled after semiconductor equipment facilities for granite component assembly.
The floor of this workshop is poured with ultra-hard concrete no less than 1000mm thick, surrounded by anti-vibration trenches 500mm wide and 2000mm deep. Equipped with silent overhead cranes, we effectively isolate external vibrations and temperature fluctuations, ensuring absolute stability during measurement and assembly. This extreme dedication to the production environment allows us to consistently deliver 20,000 sets of precision granite beds monthly, making us the fastest-processing and highest-yield precision granite manufacturer globally.
