Walking through the UNPARALLELED® workshop, what makes us proudest isn't just our million-dollar machinery, but our master grinders. Most of them have over 30 years of manual grinding experience and are affectionately called "walking electronic levels" by our clients. When grinding for precision, they can sense micron-level changes purely by touch, truly achieving nanometer-level accuracy by hand.
However, top-tier craftsmanship requires top-tier hardware. We firmly believe that "without good equipment, you cannot produce good products." To this end, we have introduced four ultra-large grinders from Nantong, Taiwan, each costing over $500,000, capable of grinding metal and non-metal precision platforms up to 6000mm long. Combined with top-tier inspection equipment like German Mahr ten-thousandth dial indicators and British Renishaw laser interferometers, alongside a calibration system traceable to national metrology institutes, we perfectly blend traditional manual grinding intuition with modern precision measurement. Every granite platform here is a masterpiece of both technology and artisanal spirit.
