After oil, cutting fluid and industrial acid-base residues attach to marble, they slowly corrode its structure, resulting in out-of-tolerance flatness and precision failure of the base. In contrast, the non-capillary dense structure of UNPARALLELED® black granite keeps dust only on the component surface; oil cannot penetrate into the substrate. To meet ultra-high precision requirements, we have built a 10,000 m² professional constant-temperature & constant-humidity vibration-isolated workshop. It features extra-thick hardened concrete flooring, dedicated vibration isolation trenches of 500 mm width and 2000 mm depth, plus silent overhead cranes, eliminating vibration deviation and thermal deformation during processing. A semiconductor-grade dust-free assembly workshop is also constructed to replicate production environments for high-end precision equipment.
