We exclusively adopt self-developed UNPARALLELED® high-density black granite raw material with a density of approximately 3100kg/m³. It features compact and uniform internal structure, low thermal expansion coefficient and excellent damping performance. Its physical properties outperform equivalent black granite from Europe and America, eliminating metrology errors caused by inherent material defects from the source. All raw materials undergo sufficient aging treatment to release internal stress, ensuring the measuring tools resist deformation after years of service.
Unlike ordinary stone processing factories that merely conduct cutting and polishing, metrology-grade granite measuring tools impose strict requirements on grinding technology and production environment. Our group operates two major production plants covering 200,000 ㎡, together with a dedicated stone storage yard. The Class 10,000 constant-temperature, constant-humidity dust-free workshop is equipped with anti-vibration trenches and silent overhead cranes to isolate interference from vibration as well as temperature and humidity fluctuations. Multiple large advanced grinding machines are deployed in the workshop, operated by senior craftsmen with over 30 years of hand-grinding experience, enabling stable machining of nanometer-level flatness. Our team is proficient in global metrology standards including German DIN, American ASME, Japanese JIS, British BS and Chinese GB standards. We can manufacture products according to customer-specified accuracy grades: Grade 0, Grade 00 and Grade 000.
