With a density up to 3100kg/m³, the material has compact internal texture, extremely low thermal expansion coefficient and excellent vibration absorption capacity. In view of the processing difficulties of large granite bases such as large forming size, high flatness requirements and strict structural tolerance, UNPARALLELED has built a professional large-scale precision processing base covering 200,000 square meters. Equipped with super-large CNC processing equipment and professional travelling cranes, the factory supports integrated forming processing of single equipment base with a maximum weight of 100 tons, a processing length of 20m, a width of 4000mm and a thickness of 1000mm, realizing integral forming of large bases without splicing. This processing method effectively avoids precision errors and structural instability caused by multi-piece assembly, greatly improving the overall rigidity and service life of the equipment base.
To ensure that each customized large base can reach ultra-precision standards, we have built a 10,000-square-meter constant temperature and humidity dust-free workshop specially used for precision grinding and assembly of large granite components. The workshop adopts ultra-thick hard concrete floor and is equipped with independent shockproof trenches and silent travelling crane systems, which can completely isolate external vibration, temperature and humidity interference. Relying on high-end Taiwanese super-large grinding equipment and more than 30 years of senior manual grinding technicians, we can accurately control the flatness and geometric tolerance of the base to nanometer level. All processing procedures strictly abide by global mainstream standards such as DIN, ASME, JIS and GB, ensuring that the precision indicators of customized products are in line with international industrial standards. 
Precision manufacturing is inseparable from authoritative precision testing. UNPARALLELED is equipped with a full set of imported high-precision testing instruments including German Mahr, Japanese Mitutoyo, Swiss WYLER and British Renishaw laser interferometers. All testing equipment has official calibration certificates issued by national and provincial metrology institutions, with traceable test data. Each customized large granite machine tool base will undergo strict full-size precision detection, flatness detection and stability testing before leaving the factory, to ensure that every delivered product meets the customer's on-site assembly and precision operation requirements.
