Product Overview
UNPARALLELED® granite machine beds are finely manufactured with self-developed high-density black granite, featuring a high density of 3100kg/m³. They deliver better physical stability, rigidity and vibration damping performance than ordinary stone and European & American granite, with no inferior marble adopted as substitute. Processed in a 10,000-class constant temperature & humidity vibration-proof workshop, equipped with imported high-precision grinders and world-class testing equipment, our products are precisely polished by technicians with more than 30 years of grinding experience, ensuring stable precision and minimal deformation. We support customized integrated production of ultra-large-size and heavy-duty workpieces, with a maximum processing length of 20 meters and a single piece weight of 100 tons, enabling stable mass production. Featuring low thermal expansion coefficient, non-magnetism, rust resistance, acid and alkali resistance as well as excellent vibration resistance and wear resistance, our granite machine beds maintain long-term stable precision. As the core load-bearing components for precision CNC machine tools, laser equipment, gantry testing equipment, long-stroke linear motor platforms and high-end automated equipment, they are widely applied in ultra-precision machining and high-end inspection fields.

Protection & Maintenance
1.Proper protection shall be implemented during handling and lifting. Lifting points shall be reasonably arranged. Violent impacts and edge collisions are prohibited to prevent stone chipping.
2.Keep the working environment dry and clean. Avoid long-term contamination by oil, acid and alkaline liquids to prevent surface corrosion.
3.Wipe reference surfaces with dust-free soft cloth and anhydrous alcohol. Do not use steel wool or hard tools to scratch precision machined surfaces.
4.Welding, cutting and on-site drilling are not allowed directly on the precision reference surfaces of the bed to avoid burns and scratches.
5.Maintain stable temperature and humidity on site and reduce drastic temperature fluctuations to sustain long-term precision of the granite bed.
6.Regularly remove dust and debris inside threaded holes. Tighten assembly bolts evenly to avoid deformation caused by concentrated local stress.
7.When the equipment is idle for a long time, clean the bed surface thoroughly and cover it with protective film for dust and collision prevention.
8.Do not grind precision reference surfaces without authorization. Precision inspection and repair shall be operated by professional technicians.
Packaging & Logistics
1.Large-size beds are fixed with steel tooling. Precision-machined surfaces are covered with protective films, and buffer mats are laid on contact areas. 2.Anti-collision corner guards are installed on edges to prevent chipping caused by collision during lifting and transportation. 3.Sea freight goods adopt moisture-proof sealed packaging to avoid impacts from humid marine environments.
Production Capacity
1.Our two manufacturing plants cover a total area of 200,000 ㎡, equipped with an independent 20,000 ㎡ raw material stockyard for sufficient raw material reserves. 2. We own four dedicated production lines for granite machine beds, with a monthly output of 20,000 sets of 5000mm-specification beds to guarantee stable delivery. 3.Equipped with self-owned large lifting equipment, we can process ultra-heavy and extra-long workpieces. 4. Located in Jinan, the company is close to Qingdao Port, enabling convenient export logistics and shipments to customers worldwide.
