   UNPARALLELED® Granite L-Type Bracket is monolithically machined from exclusive UNPARALLELED® black granite with a density of approximately 3100 kg/m³. Two reference surfaces are precision ground to achieve micron-level squareness. Stainless steel inserts are embedded in all mounting holes to prevent thread damage.

   Featuring low thermal expansion, excellent vibration damping and non-magnetic property, the bracket maintains long-term dimensional stability. Solid and weight-reduction cutout structures are available for customization. Machined in our vibration-isolated constant temperature & humidity workshop and inspected by top-tier international metrology instruments, all products comply with global precision standards.

   It serves as mounting support for industrial cameras, optical lenses, inspection probes and sensors, widely applied in semiconductor inspection machines, AOI systems, linear motor stages and ultra-precision laser equipment. Custom non-standard sizes are supported.

1.Handling Protection Wrap precision ground reference surfaces with soft materials such as rubber or foam during transportation. Hard impacts and scratches on working surfaces are strictly prohibited to prevent edge chipping.

2.Cleaning Standards Gently wipe reference surfaces with dust-free cloth and anhydrous ethanol. Do not use sandpaper, wire brushes or corrosive acid/alkaline detergents. Clear metal debris and dust timely to avoid surface abrasion.

3.Operating Environment Use in constant temperature and dry surroundings to avoid sharp temperature fluctuation. Keep away from cutting fluid, oil and water mist. Regularly inspect embedded stainless steel inserts in humid conditions to prevent rust.

4.Assembly Notes Thoroughly clean mating surfaces before assembly. Tighten bolts evenly in diagonal sequence to avoid precision deviation caused by local stress.

5.Storage Requirements Clean the component and cover with dust shield for long-term storage. Place flatly; do not stack heavy loads on precision reference surfaces.

6.Maintenance Restrictions Unauthorized secondary processing including drilling, grinding and grooving is forbidden. Contact us for re-grinding service if collision damage or precision drift occurs.

1.Raw Material Guarantee All products are made of high-quality UNPARALLELED® black granite. Raw stones undergo sufficient natural aging to eliminate internal stress and ensure long-term dimensional stability without deformation. Recycled or defective stone materials are not adopted.

2.Process Control Monolithic milling & grinding process. Dual reference surfaces are precision ground. All mounting holes are embedded with stainless steel thread inserts to prevent granite cracking caused by direct tapping. Fine edge treatment reduces the risk of edge chipping.

3.Precision Inspection Control Machined in our vibration-isolated constant temperature & humidity workshop. Key indicators including flatness and squareness are inspected by professional equipment such as laser interferometers before delivery. Official original precision inspection reports can be provided together with goods.

4.Standardized QC Procedure Dual inspection procedures: self-inspection and re-inspection. Appearance, dimensional tolerances and geometric tolerances strictly comply with drawings and international metrology standards including DIN, ASME and GB. Non-conforming products are prohibited from shipment.

5.After-sales Quality Support The granite structure maintains stable performance under standard operation. We offer rework service if the original factory precision fails to meet requirements. Continuous technical communication is available to solve equipment assembly problems for customers.

6.Customization Support We cooperate with customers to verify 2D/3D drawings in advance and optimize structural design to avoid structural defects, ensuring the precision of customized parts meets assembly requirements.
