UNPARALLELED® T-slot granite bases are integrally formed from high-density special black granite, featuring precision embedded T-slots. The slots are highly integrated with the base body, delivering excellent geometric accuracy and outstanding overall rigidity. Free from rust and deformation, with superior thermal stability and resistance to oil and dust, the product maintains nano-level reference accuracy for long periods under complex workshop conditions.

Embedded T-slots eliminate secondary drilling and tapping, enabling freely adjustable mounting positions. They facilitate flexible assembly and simple commissioning, greatly cutting costs for equipment assembly and later retrofitting. Manufactured under constant-temperature precision machining and rigorous metrology inspection, the bases are fully applicable to high-end ultra-precision equipment including semiconductor machines, precision laser stages, CMMs and new energy inspection modules. UNPARALLELED® T-slot granite bases are made of high-density special black granite with density of approx. 3100kg/m³ and low thermal expansion coefficient. Treated with long-term stress-relief aging, they maintain stable dimensions for years and resist deformation caused by ambient temperature fluctuation. The material is naturally rust-free and non-magnetic. Combined with micro-pore sealing treatment, it features good resistance to dust and oil, keeping reference accuracy at 1 μm and better under harsh workshop environments.

Adopting integrally embedded T-slots, the slots merge tightly with the base and deliver high rigidity, with no secondary slotting or drilling required. T-bolts can slide freely along slots to adjust mounting positions flexibly, simplifying equipment assembly, module retrofitting and commissioning while cutting modification costs significantly.

All machining is carried out in constant-temperature vibration-isolated workshops. Slot pitch parallelism and reference flatness are processed in compliance with DIN, ASME, JIS, GB and other international standards. Under full-process quality control, every base is inspected by high-precision instruments such as Mahr, Mitutoyo and WYLER with traceable measurement data. It serves as the ideal reference carrier for ultra-precision equipment including semiconductor machines, precision laser systems, CMMs and new energy inspection equipment.

UNPARALLELED® T-slot granite bases require minimal maintenance. Proper installation and basic upkeep help preserve reference precision over long service life.

During installation, place the base on solid, level ground or vibration-damping platforms free from continuous vibration. Vibration-isolation support feet are recommended to evenly distribute the base weight and prevent micro-deformation caused by uneven local loading. For large bases, use dedicated lifting tools. Never lift by gripping T-slots directly, to avoid chipping slot edges or damaging reference surfaces. When mounting modules, apply moderate torque on T-bolts; excessive clamping force may induce local stress concentration on stone.

Routine maintenance is simple. When metal dust or cutting oil accumulates on the surface, wipe it with lint-free cloth and neutral detergent. No anti-rust coating or regular anti-corrosion service is required. Use a brush to remove debris inside T-slots and keep slots clean. Do not scrape the reference surface with hard tools, and avoid strong acid or alkaline cleaners that may damage the micro-pore sealing layer.

For storage and transportation, store indoors in dry conditions with stable temperature. Outdoor storage will accelerate environmental degradation. Cover reference surfaces with dust-proof pads during long idle periods. Protect edges during handling to avoid impact or drop damage.

For precision re-verification, equipment retrofitting or adding new tooling, original factory inspection records can be retrieved for engineers to compare measurement data.
