Product Overview
UNPARALLELED® granite gantry beam serves as the core transverse load-bearing reference component for ultra-precision gantry equipment, integrally machined from self-developed high-density black granite. The stone boasts a high density of 3100kg/m³ with fully released internal stress. It features outstanding vibration damping, minimal deformation, non-magnetic property and corrosion resistance. Its physical performance outperforms European and American granite, eliminating precision defects found in marble alternatives.
Manufacturing is carried out in a constant-temperature, vibration-proof and dust-free workshop, supported by large CNC equipment and imported ultra-precision grinders. Technicians with over 30 years of experience perform nano-level manual lapping. Custom extra-long sizes are available, with integrally machined guide rail grooves, air bearing grooves and mounting threaded holes pre-installed with stainless steel inserts, compatible with linear guides, air bearings, linear motors and other assemblies.
Each finished beam undergoes comprehensive inspection with imported instruments including German Mahr, Renishaw and Mitutoyo. Precision test reports are traceable to national metrology standards and comply with precision measurement specifications worldwide.
As the primary beam of the gantry frame, it forms a complete gantry structure when matched with granite bases and columns. Widely applied in high-precision equipment such as large CMMs, laser processing machines, semiconductor inspection equipment, PCB drilling machines and lithium battery testing platforms, it acts as a core component ensuring stable and ultra-high precision operation of premium precision machinery.

Maintenance
1.Environment control: Keep the workshop at constant temperature and humidity. Avoid drastic temperature changes, dampness, dust and oil accumulation.
2.Daily cleaning: Wipe surface dust with dust-free soft cloth. Remove oil stains with neutral detergent; strong acid and alkali are forbidden.
3.Anti-collision and heavy load prevention: Avoid hard object impact and heavy pressure during handling and machining to prevent chipping and cracking.
4.Anti-seepage protection: Inspect the surface glaze coating regularly. Reapply coating in time if it peels off to prevent water mark penetration.
5.No unauthorized machining: Do not drill or grind directly on the beam to protect benchmark precision.
6.Regular precision recheck: Recheck flatness and straightness with laser interferometer every six months or one year. Calibrate promptly if precision drifts.
7.Proper storage: Cover for dustproof during long-term idle storage. Place on flat base to avoid deformation caused by one-sided stress.
