This multi-material ultra-precision base is designed for gantry machines, AOI, CMM and vertical precision equipment, eliminating perpendicularity errors and joint slip of split structures.

The base can be UNPARALLELED® granite(3100kg/m³), mineral casting or UHPC. Column options include granite, ceramic and carbon fiber beams for balanced rigidity, vibration damping and low thermal deformation. Integrated finishing for reference surfaces, blank aging relieves residual stress to avoid self-weight deformation.

Machined in constant-temperature vibration-isolated workshop, inspected by Mahr, WYLER and Renishaw with traceable instruments. ISO, CE and CNAS certified with inspection reports. It resists cutting shock and temperature variation, maintains stable 3-axis accuracy and supports customization.

Multi-material composite design：The base and columns can be flexibly selected from granite (density 3100kg/m³), mineral casting, UHPC, precision ceramic and carbon fiber beams, balancing high rigidity, light weight, vibration damping and low thermal expansion to overcome limitations of single materials.

Integrated reference machining：Synchronous finish grinding for reference surfaces of base and columns eliminates perpendicularity errors and joint micro-slip caused by split assembly, reduces accumulated reference deviation and eases machine commissioning.

Stable anti-deformation performance：Blanks are aged to release residual stress with multi-point flexible support. It resists cutting shock and ambient temperature fluctuation, maintaining stable 3-axis geometric accuracy over long service life. Thermal expansion coefficient ≤3e-6/℃ for granite substrate.

Excellent vibration damping：High inherent material damping absorbs machining vibration effectively, protecting optical and motion components and stabilizing precision machining & inspection.

Traceable precision inspection：Manufactured in constant-temperature vibration-isolated workshops. Full inspection with Mahr, WYLER and Renishaw instruments; all measuring tools are traceable. Complete test reports supplied. ISO three-system, CE and CNAS certified.

Custom engineering service：Overall dimensions, load capacity, mounting holes and embedded inserts can be customized per drawings for high-precision equipment such as AOI, CMM, gantry machines, semiconductor inspection and laser processing equipment.

The three-dimensional column composite base is composed of composite materials including granite, mineral casting, UHPC, ceramic and carbon fiber. With stable and anti-aging material properties, it mainly relies on preventive protection and rarely requires major repairs.

Daily Protection：Keep reference surfaces clean and dry. Remove dust and abrasive debris with lint-free soft cloth. Do not scrape precision reference surfaces with hard tools. Avoid long-time soaking of the base by strong acid, alkali or cutting fluid. Cover precision reference surfaces during shutdown to prevent scratches caused by accumulated abrasive particles.

Environmental Protection：Avoid sharp temperature fluctuation and high humidity in workshop. Prevent heavy impact and collision. Use flexible supports during lifting and transportation to protect reference surfaces. Hard single-point contact and collision on columns and reference edges are forbidden.

Periodic Inspection：Regularly inspect reference surfaces, embedded inserts and joint interfaces. Verify flatness and perpendicularity with metrology instruments. Stop heavy-load operation immediately if scratches or impact damages are found, and evaluate damage severity.

Maintenance Rules：Minor scratches can be locally lapped and repaired in constant-temperature vibration-isolated workshop. Severe chipping or large-area benchmark damage cannot be polished on site. It must be returned to our factory and handled by experienced lapping craftsmen. After repair, re-inspection will be carried out with Mahr, WYLER and Renishaw instruments and an inspection report will be issued.

Forbidden Operations：No welding, drilling or striking directly on the base reference surface. Such operations will introduce internal stress, cause deformation and damage overall precision.
